UPDATED: Shipping Delays -- ALL BACK-ORDERED SHIPMENTS NOW FULFILLED

If you've placed an order with us after Aug. 20th, and it still hasn't been shipped, please be aware we're currently experiencing *extreme* shipping delays that affect several items.

We typically ship items 1-2 days after you place an order with us. If you've placed an order and it hasn't shipped yet, please be patient. Your items are ***still*** coming and we're working as hard as we can to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible.

We're aware that some of you have waited over a month for your product and we take your concerns very seriously. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. Our customers are extremely important to us and we are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

We will update this post with news as we receive it:

NOV 1, 2017 UPDATE: We've now shipped out all Supernatural items, Nier Automata swords, foam swords, and keyblades that have been back-ordered.

DEC. 6, 2017 UPDATE: All the remaining items listed above are scheduled to arrive on December 11, 2017. We'll have them shipped out and they will hopefully get to you within the week. 

DEC. 15, 2017 UPDATE: We've now shipped out all remaining back-ordered swords, including: Brook's canes, Ryu Hyabusa swords, Lord of the Rings Anduril, RWBY Weiss Myrtenaster, and Game of Thrones Longclaws.
